homemade mini vegan tostadas that are so filling and full of protein  
Ingredients (All Organic):
- sprouted Food For Life corn tortillas
- diced tomatoes 
- sweet corn
- black beans
- red onions diced
- roasted bell peppers diced
- avocado cubed
- shredded romaine
How To Make:
In a small oven safe bowl place tortillas in oven to crisp into cups on 350 for twenty minutes
Dice and shred all ingredients and scoop into cups, top with avocado and some salsa and a pinch of salt
